After being a long time yoga practitioner (over 15 years!), I decided to complete my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2017 as I wanted to be able to bring the benefits of the practice to others. I have since also qualified in Barre, Aerial Yoga, Hot Yoga and Calisthenics. I am a fan of flow classes and teaching people the importance of correct postural alignment teamed with using the breath to get stronger, go deeper and become more present. I also love teaching Barre which focuses on very precise movements, it’s a great compliment to yoga!
Everybody is made to feel welcome and comfortable in my classes – fitness level is far less important than giving things a go, listening to your body and most importantly enjoying your practice!
