As a studio our aim is to create a safe space for our team and for everyone who comes here. We kindly ask you to be aware of our safety procedures below:
Pre-booking is required on all classes and you can do this on our website (telephone and in-person booking are not available presently).
Classes will be limited to 9 people to allow for social distancing between each person on the mats.
Bringing your own mat to class is highly encouraged. If you do not have one, you are welcome to purchase one from us on our online shop here. Alternatively we have a limited number of mats in the studio which you can use. You are required to clean them after your use and we have a strict 3-step cleaning procedure which you will be guided to follow.
No other studio props will be in use.
Enhanced regular cleaning of high touch areas are in place.
Lockers will not be available. Please leave belongings in the corner of the studio – we ask that you bring as little with you as possible.
Showers will not be available, however toilets will be open for use.
Tea Lounge will remain closed for the time being.
Sanitising your hands upon entry to the studio is mandatory – you will not miss the bright blue, medical grade bottle we provide at reception.
No physical adjustments will be made by the instructors during classes.
Please maintain 1m social distance from others when you are here; our instructors will do the same during your class.
If you are feeling unwell or have any COVID-19 symptoms, please do not enter the studio. We reserve the right to kindly ask anyone who displays symptoms to leave.
Face coverings to be worn when in our studio except when you are at your mat for your practice.
Track and trace is in place. Please ensure that your contact details are correct when booking on our website.
The NHS COVID-19 app QR code will be displayed at studio reception and we recommend that you download the app before arriving. Use your app to scan the QR code at our reception to support NHS Test and Trace.
