Pricing
All classes have a 12-hour cancellation policy; if you late cancel or no-show you will lose the class pass. Cancellation by email only to hello@thenookurbanretreat.com.
We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low numbers (< 3 people).
Monthly Memberships
Our Monthly Memberships offer the best deal at the Studio!
Memberships are billed monthly and have a 3-month minimum term.
You can pause your membership for up to 6 weeks a year. 2 weeks' notice in writing is required for all pauses + membership cancellations.
All classes have a 12-hour cancellation policy. For each late cancellation/no-show, Monthly Unlimited members will be charged a £7 fee and Monthly 6 & 8 members will lose the class pass for that class booking.

Terms & conditions for all passes + memberships: Activates upon purchase. Valid for use by named pass holder only. Cannot be terminated or suspended once pass commences. Not refundable or transferrable to others.
