I have had a yoga practice for more than 10 years but began to practice more seriously in 2016, during a difficult period of my life. I truly believe in the benefits of a yoga practice and feel the proof of this in my own body and mind each and every day. I completed my 200hr Yoga Alliance training with Anne-Marie Newland of Sun Power Yoga and am continually adding to my training and development as I work towards my 500hr certification with Ian Davis of Orange Yoga.
Yoga has done so much for me and I became a teacher so that I can share the practice with as many people as possible. My teaching is influenced by both the Vinyasa and Hatha styles of yoga and I hope to create a warm and mellow energy in my classes.
