About me

I first tried yoga when I was 17 and since completing my Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga, I have found my passion in Gentle yoga. Having discovered the therapeutic and healing nature of yoga, I am keen to share this with all who join in my classes. I aim to create mindful and relaxing classes which develop the mind, body and spirit. Each class is tailored to suit those participating and takes inspiration from varied yoga backgrounds including Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Kundalini, Yin and Yogalates.
