I have been teaching yoga for over 9 years having completed a 500 hr Teaching Diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga, and have since added Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation to my teaching credentials. I currently teach Hatha Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Mindfulness Meditation, and regularly run Yoga and Mindfulness Retreats. I am recognised for my ability to conduct warm and inviting breath led classes that foster a grounded and calming environment.
I love what yoga has brought to my life – a different outlook, a sense of balance, mindfulness, calm, health and fitness. I hope that the yoga and meditation I teach can also bring these qualities of life to you.
