I am originally from Newcastle upon Tyne and discovered Vinyasa yoga when living in London – a colleague recommended yoga as a form of stress relief and I was hooked from the first flow! I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Tenerife and my practice has taken me all over the world including South East Asia and Australia. As a student dietitian I am equally passionate about health, nutrition and yoga’s uniquely complimentary role.
I am eternally grateful for the effect yoga has on my own body and mind, and feel privileged to be able to bring these benefits to others. Expect a strong class focused on combining breath and correct alignment aiming to transcend your thinking mind.
