I trained in Costa Rica, completing my 200hr certification at Blue Osa with Yogi Aaron, a world-renowned teacher who has deeply inspired my style of teaching. I teach a dynamic vinyasa flow and enjoy incorporating inversions in my classes. I also teach Yin and restorative Yoga and love bringing in meditation and breathing techniques to deepen the mind-body connection.
I feel passionately about opening yoga up to everybody and want to share through my teaching the profound impact yoga has had on me. As a keen marathon runner and hockey player, I am very interested in yoga as injury prevention and how yoga works alongside other sports to complement and develop them.
