Kal trained as a yoga teacher with All Yoga Thailand in 2014 and having become successful teaching yoga all across the Midlands he then went on to teach yoga abroad on a cruise. He has many regulars who enjoy taking his classes wherever he goes.
Kal has a wealth of experience which shows in his teaching. His yoga practice is influenced by martial arts which gives him a fun, dynamic and disciplined approach towards his teaching where he sometimes incorporates martial arts exercises, partner yoga, and natural body movement to make yoga accessible to everyone. He also incorporates mindfulness and meditation into his classes to help support physical, mental and emotional welbeing.
Besides teaching his signature Strong, Slow Vinyasa Flow, Kal also teaches Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Inspirer Yoga for Teens and KiDo Kids Yoga. He is also qualified as a massage therapist and holds a 4th degrees Black belt in Taekwondo.
