I have been practising yoga for over 10 years and have taught for 6 years. I was fortunate to do my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali and went on to complete another 100 hour Advanced Teacher Training in Mexico. Currently I teach a wide range of styles including Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Yinyasa (my personal favourite). I love how yoga makes me feel emotionally, physically and mentally.
My goal is to ensure that my clients are comfortable and that they feel safe within the yoga space. I teach from the heart and soul and I hope this shines through.
